Place restrooms early in the venue layout
At a private Yorba Linda garden venue, it is tempting to hide restrooms at the far edge of the property. Choose discretion without making the guest route long, steep, or difficult to use after dark. Keep the approach clear of dining, catering, and ceremony traffic, and agree the location with the venue before finalizing the floor plan.
A trailer needs more room than its body dimensions suggest. Include the tow hitch, stairs, stabilizers, landing space, and the tow vehicle’s route. Do not assume an ordinary household extension cord can provide the model’s electrical requirements.
A written event-day plan
- Count guests, staff, caterers, and the full occupied duration.
- Confirm that venue restrooms remain open and usable throughout the event.
- Arrange accessible facilities and the route to them; a stair-entry trailer does not provide wheelchair access.
- List the exact water and power setup on the quote.
- Schedule delivery before floral, catering, and guest-arrival traffic.
- Nominate a site contact and request an advance driver call.
- Confirm the pickup date, especially across a holiday Monday.
Compare price and timing together
Past deluxe event quotes include $470 for one package and $530 for a holiday booking. The trailer planning guide is $1,950. Those are different equipment and schedule examples, not a fixed upgrade ladder. Friday delivery and Monday pickup were common, but one holiday wedding arrangement used Saturday delivery and Tuesday pickup.
Weather and guest access
On a warm afternoon, a confirmed climate-controlled trailer can improve comfort. Preserve a firm route if lawn irrigation or rain softens the ground, and have the venue review lighting and access for the evening. Public-facing venue accessibility requirements need a complete layout review.
