Price, payment, and a reservation
Check the itemized total and the payment deadline before approval. Payment in full before delivery may be required. Some invoice workflows separate an electronic signature from card payment, so signing may hold equipment without immediately charging a card. Ask when your order becomes confirmed.

Get one explicit cancellation deadline for your rental. A forecast of rain or a changed event date does not itself cancel an order. Contact the office and retain written acknowledgement. No single refund amount or cancellation percentage is implied by this page.
Recurring rentals and extensions
The ongoing rental arrangements described here use 28-day billing. Confirm the first-cycle amount, subsequent cycles, partial-cycle treatment, optional items, and any renewal notice. Tell the office when the job changes or the rental needs an extension.
Off-hire and collection
Open-ended rentals require a call to request off-hire. Confirm when billing stops and when collection is scheduled. Keep the unit accessible until removal. Event pickup should have a confirmed date; holidays can affect routing.
Site access and equipment responsibility
Provide accurate gate, surface, and overhead-clearance information. Review the agreement’s responsibilities for placement damage, equipment damage, theft, blocked access, failed delivery, and authorized relocation. Ask for any applicable charge as a dollar amount before agreeing; this page does not create a blanket liability waiver.
