Make room for a good time

Portable restrooms for your next gathering

Share your guest count, event length, usable existing restrooms, and food or drinks plan. For a Saturday event, ask about Friday delivery and Monday pickup to avoid a separate weekend dispatch.

100 guests ÷ 50, rounded up = 2 units. Planning assumption, not a code minimum.

Start with a whole-number event plan

Our event planner uses an explicit planning assumption: 1 restroom per 50 guests for 4 hours, rounded up. For a longer gathering, multiply guests by hours and divide by 200, then round up. This is a conversation starter, not a statutory event ratio or a tank-capacity guarantee.

If alcohol is served, this planner adds 1 unit for each 5 baseline units or part of 5. A baseline of 5 becomes 6. A baseline of 6 becomes 8. Existing restrooms, peak breaks, long queues, accessibility, and venue requirements must be reviewed before the final count.

Match the equipment to the gathering

A practical weekend delivery arrangement

Friday delivery and Monday pickup were frequently offered for Saturday parties, avoiding the separate cost of a weekend driver. Holiday Mondays sometimes changed pickup to Tuesday. Your confirmed order should state both dates; do not assume the holiday pattern applies to every booking.

Access is a route, not just a unit

For covered public events, ADA §213.2 Exception 3 requires accessible portable units in each cluster. In whole numbers, plan at least 1 accessible unit for every 20 units or part of 20 in each cluster. Two clusters of 10 need 1 accessible unit in each cluster, for 2 total. Count them within the total, rather than automatically adding them on top.

A compliant layout also needs an accessible approach, door maneuvering space, required grab bars, and fixture clearances. ADA §304 allows a 60-inch-diameter turning circle or a compliant T-shaped turn. A wide cabin alone is not proof of compliance. Coordinate California and venue-specific requirements with the responsible authority.

Local venues and warm-weather planning

For a gathering near Yorba Linda Town Center or in a city park, confirm the site’s existing restrooms, special-event requirements, and vendor access with the organizer. Nearby Yorba Regional Park is operated by OC Parks and has an Anaheim address; confirm that park’s rules directly rather than treating it as a City of Yorba Linda venue. Venue mentions are planning references, not claims of preferred-vendor relationships.

For a sunny afternoon, consider shade and ventilation; after rain, recheck the ground and accessible route. Leave the delivery route open before decorations, tables, or food vendors occupy it.
