One cabin, two functions
An interior sink puts water and handwashing within reach without leaving the unit. The foot pump operates the water supply, while the sink occupies some of the cabin’s usable space. An internal sink does not by itself mean the toilet flushes; specify both features when you request your quote.

When an outside sink works better
For a child’s birthday party, people need to wash before food and cake even when they are not using the toilet. An exterior dual station serves 2 people at once without keeping the restroom occupied. It can make a better layout for a busy Yorba Linda backyard party.
Construction needs a different check
California Title 8 §1527(a)(1)(F) generally places washing facilities outside and unattached to a nonwater-carriage toilet. An exception permits the washing facility inside when there are fewer than 5 employees and only 1 toilet. Do not choose an internal-sink unit as the only handwashing provision for a larger jobsite without checking the applicable requirements.
What to confirm on your quote
- Actual cabin width, depth, and height, including protruding parts.
- Fresh-water capacity, wastewater capacity, and how often both will be serviced.
- Whether soap, paper towels, and the initial water fill are included.
- Whether your chosen configuration is non-flushing or deluxe flushing.
The cabin and water tanks vary by configuration. Request the actual model sheet before checking a tight Yorba Linda side-yard route; a general cabin dimension is not enough.
