A 28-day cycle is not a calendar month
Four weeks contain 28 days. A 56-day rental spans 2 complete cycles; 84 days spans 3. In a recorded $179 recurring package, the base rental for 84 days is $179 × 3 = $537 before delivery, removal, taxes, or optional items. Ask how partial cycles and early removal are treated in your agreement.
First cycle, renewals, and removal can differ
An apartment-plumbing rental example included a higher first cycle because delivery was included, a lower recurring rate afterward, and a separate removal fee. A separate construction quote listed $179 per cycle with a $29 final pickup fee. Compare the complete scope of each agreement before choosing your rental.
Keep the service plan current
The weekly service package includes pumping, cleaning, deodorizer, and paper. A change from a small crew to multiple trades on site may need extra units or service. Send updated headcounts and the new placement plan before a busy work phase. Yorba Linda summer heat is another reason to monitor conditions between visits.
Off-hire is an action you take
Call the office when you are finished and ready for removal. Open-ended rentals are not automatically picked up. One agreement stopped rental billing on the day of the off-hire call; confirm the rule in your own contract and retain the confirmation. Keep access open until the unit has been pumped and collected.
Access for changing worksites
If fences, paving, landscaping, or parked equipment change the route, tell dispatch before the service visit. Request authorized relocation rather than moving a loaded unit yourself. For a field location, send an entrance pin and landmark instructions while you still have phone service.
